LOW CARB | Calabaza

  1. Brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Add squash, corn, tomatoes and water.
  4. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until squash is cooked.
  5. VARIATIONS | shredded chicken - diced or stewed tomatoes - cabbage - frozen or canned corn - zucchini squash
