Apple Egg Rolls

• 3 eggs
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp hotdog relish
• 1 tsp garlic salad dressing
• 1 small grated green apple
• 1 medium slice up avocado (additional add on option)

1. APPLE FILLINGS
2. grate and press out excess juice green apple
3. add hotdog relish and garlic salad dressing mix well
4. THINLY NET EGG ROLL
5. beat eggs then pour into fennel and quick swirl any which ways till looks like a net
6. let eggs set then off heat and turn over on plate
7. TO SERVE
8. put 2 tbsp of mix apple fillings then wrap like a burrito and serve immediately
9. AVOCADO FILLING
