Crispy Roasted Cauliflower Gratin

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Melt 2 Tbsp.
  3. butter in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  4. Add flour; cook and stir 2 min.
  5. or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Gradually stir in milk.
  7. Add mustard, horseradish and pepper; mix well.
  8. Cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  9. or until thickened.
  10. Add Italian* Five Cheese Blend; cook 3 min.
  11. or until melted, stirring constantly.
  12. Remove from heat.
  13. Add cauliflower; stir until evenly coated.
  14. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  15. Melt remaining butter in small skillet.
  16. Add bread crumbs; cook and stir 2 min.
  17. or until golden brown.
  18. Sprinkle over cauliflower mixture.
  19. Bake 25 min.
  20. or until heated through.
  21. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese blend; bake 2 min.
  22. or until melted.
  23. Sprinkle with onions.
