Grilled Portabello Mushrooms
- 4 large Portobello Mushroom Caps (stems removed)
- 4 slice Large Tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegarette
- 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Italian Seasoning to taste
- Pre heat grill to medium heat
- Mix together the vinegarette and the garlic
- Baste both sides of mushrooms with mixture
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
- Place on grill and grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side, basting with mixture while grilling
- When you have about 1 minute left, with bottom side up, add tomato slices and top with cheese and seasoning
- When cheese is melted, remove from grill and serve
- Enjoy!
