Chocolate-Covered Cookie S'more

• 1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
• 2 chocolate chip cookies (2 inch)
• 1 JET-PUFFED Marshmallow

1. Microwave chocolate in small microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
2. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 30 seconds.
3. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
4. Set aside.
5. Place 1 cookie, upside down, on napkin or microwavable plate; top with marshmallow.
6. Microwave on High 8 seconds.
7. Top with remaining cookie; press down lightly to secure.
8. Spread half of cookie sandwich with melted chocolate; place on wax paper-lined plate.
9. Refrigerate 5 to 10 min.
10. or until chocolate coating is firm.
