Easy Chocolate Pudding Cheesecake
- 1 pkg. (11.1 oz.) JELL-O No Bake Real Cheesecake Dessert
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- Mix Crust Mix, sugar and margarine thoroughly in 9-inch pie plate until crumbs are well moistened.
- Press crumb mixture onto bottom and against side of pie plate.
- Beat Filling Mix, dry pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with mixer on low speed until blended.
- Beat on medium speed 3 min.
- (Filling will be thick.)
- Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
