Sesame Pot Stickers

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Add 1 cup (250 mL) dressing (or 1/2 cup 125 mL dressing for trial recipe); mix lightly.
  3. Spoon 1 Tbsp.
  4. (15 mL) of the meat mixture onto centre of each won ton wrapper.
  5. Brush edges of wrappers with egg.
  6. Gather 4 corners of each wrapper at top to enclose filling; pinch points together to secure.
  7. Arrange pot stickers, in batches, in bamboo steamer over pot of boiling water; steam 9 to 10 min.
  8. or until meat mixture is cooked through.
  9. Serve with remaining dressing.
