Chocolate Crispies
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 ounces corn flakes or 3 ounces other nonsweetened breakfast cereal
- margarine
- Put the chocolate and butter in a double boiler over medium heat.
- Stir until melted.
- Remove the bowl from the heat.
- Stir the cereal into the melted chocolate.
- Make sure all the flakes are coated.
- Grease some wax paper with margarine to keep the mixture from sticking.
- Drop the mixture by spoonfuls on the wax paper.
- Put in the refrigerator until the chocolate has set.
