Slow-Cooker Chocolate-Peppermint Cake

  1. Mix ingredients until blended.
  2. Pour into slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; cover with lid.
  3. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
  4. Remove from slow cooker; cool 10 min.
  5. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
