Slow-Cooker Chocolate-Peppermint Cake
- 1 box (2- layer size) devil's food cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Fudge Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 container (8 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S Sour Cream
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup coarsely chopped BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- Mix ingredients until blended.
- Pour into slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
- Remove from slow cooker; cool 10 min.
- Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
