Spinach Bread (Bisquick)

• 1 each spinach frozen package, thawed, drained well
• 1 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tablespoon onions chopped
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese cubed
• 1/2 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated

1. Grease small loaf pan.
2. Mix all of the above ingredients together by hand.
3. Pour into loaf pan.
4. Bake about 30 to 45 minutes at 350F (180C).
5. Can be served hot or cold.
