Chili Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Brown hamburg with pepper, onion and garlic.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Add beans, tomatoes and chili powder.
  5. Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam.
  6. Spread rice over bottom of pan.
  7. Pour chili over top, covering rice.
  8. Bake 20-25 minutes until rice is done.
  9. Sprinkle cheese and corn chips.
  10. Bake 5 more minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
