Springtime Bacon, Swiss & Asparagus Quiche
- 1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 3 cooked slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 lb. thin asparagus spears, cut into 4-inch lengths
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Roll out pie crust to 10-inch circle on lightly floured surface; press into 9-inch tart pan.
- Combine cheese and flour; sprinkle over prepared crust.
- Whisk eggs and milk until blended; stir in bacon.
- Pour over cheese in pastry shell; top with asparagus.
- Bake 50 min.
- or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
