Jerk Chicken

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, and place to onenside.
  2. pierce the meat (chicken)and place in the marinade.
  3. The holes are so that it can soak up the marinade.
  4. The hole also allow heat to escape without loss of moisture.
  5. leave the chicken to marinade for 2 hours.
  6. Place the chicken under a grill and grill on either side for 6 minutes or until cooked.
  7. Whilst grilling baste with the marinade.

chicken breasts, allspice, garlic, fresh ginger, brown sugar, cinnamon, scotch, black pepper, salt, olive oil, onion, wine vinegar, lime juice
