Broiled Swordfish With Tangerine Onion Relish Recipe

  1. Thaw frzn fish.
  2. Cut into serving size pcs.
  3. Combine tangerine juice, brown sugar and vinegar in a medium skillet.
  4. Bring just to boiling.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5-6 min or possibly till mix becomes syrupy, stirring often.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Spray the unheated rack of a broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  8. Place fish on rack.
  9. Brush both sides of fish with 1 Tbsp.
  10. of the juice mix.
  11. Broil 4" from heat 6-8 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with a fork.
  12. Meanwhile, for relish, combine minced tnagerine, onion, parsley, jalapeno pepper and garllic in a medium bowl.
  13. Add in remaining juice mix.
  14. toss gently to mix.
  15. Serve fish with relish.
  16. 4 servings.
