Fat Free Peach Smoothie Pops
- 2 cups Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 2 cups Fresh Or Frozen Sliced Peaches (peeled If Using Fresh)
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Bean Paste Or Vanilla Extract
- 10 Popsicle (sticks)
- In the bowl of a food processor or a blender, add all ingredients (except popsicle stickshaha) and pulse until the peaches are in small chunks.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds (recipe makes roughly 10 popsicles) or you can use paper cups.
- Add the popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for 3 hours.
- If using paper cups, freeze for 30-45 minutes before adding the sticks.
- Remove the popsicles from the molds and wrap individually in plastic wrap.
- Store in the freezer.
