Crock Pot Apple Butter Recipe

• 7 c. applesauce
• 2 c. apple cider
• 1 1/2 c. honey
• 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon grnd cloves
• 1/2 teaspoon grnd allspice

1. In crock pot, mix all ingredients.
2. Cover and cook on low heat 14-15 hrs till mix is a deep brown.
3. Peek while warm into 4 warm pint jars.
4. Process in warm water bath for 10 min counting time after jars have been immersed and water again comes to a rolling boil.
