Layered Caramelized Onion and Cranberry Spread

  1. Cook and stir bacon in small skillet on medium heat until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
  3. Add onions to drippings in skillet; cook and stir 5 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender.
  5. Return bacon to skillet; stir in mustard.
  6. Cut cream cheese horizontally in half with sharp knife; place bottom half on plate.
  7. Top with half the onion mixture.
  8. Repeat layers.
  9. Top with cranberry sauce.
