Layered Caramelized Onion and Cranberry Spread
- 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, thinly sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup drained canned whole berry cranberry sauce
- Cook and stir bacon in small skillet on medium heat until crisp.
- Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
- Add onions to drippings in skillet; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Return bacon to skillet; stir in mustard.
- Cut cream cheese horizontally in half with sharp knife; place bottom half on plate.
- Top with half the onion mixture.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with cranberry sauce.
