Cowgirl Hamburgers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 5 dash worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp McCormick hot shot
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup hearty BBQ sauce
- 4 Kaiser rolls
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients mixing lightly but thoroughly.
- Shape into patties.
- Place patties on grill over medium ash-covrred coals.
- Grill uncovered 14-16 minutes or until internal temperature of 160F, turning once.
- Place burgers on buns and serve with yo ur favorite condiments.
- Use a gentle touch with ground beef.
- Overmixing or compacting will result in a firm, dense burgers when cooked
