Chicken Skillet a la Roma

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  2. dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add spinach; cook and stir 1 min.
  4. or just until spinach is wilted.
  5. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  6. Add remaining dressing and chicken to skillet; turn chicken over to evenly coat both sides of each breast with dressing.
  7. Cook 6 to 7 min.
  8. on each side or until done (165F).
  9. Top evenly with peppers, spinach and cheese; cover.
  10. Cook on low heat 1 to 2 min.
  11. or until cheese is melted.
