Veggie Burgers (Lactose Free)

  1. Drain, and mash Garbanzo beans.
  2. In a seperate container, mill the crackers to a powder.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Core and slice Red and green peppers.
  5. ** if you are adding habanero/jalapeno peppers, chop them up and add them with the red and green peppers.
  6. Mix all the chopped peppers to the garbanzo beans.
  7. Add eggs, crackers, and cheese.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Add in the greek seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and bhut jolokia.
  10. Mix well.
  11. form patties and coat them with flour on both sides.
  12. then bake them in a little butter until they are slightly crispy.
  13. Enjoy.
