Pimento Cheese with Bacon
- 1 cup Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 cup Grated Colby Cheese
- 2 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 4 ounces, weight Jar Chopped Pimentos, Drained
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoons Celery Salt
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise, Or More To Taste
- 4 slices Crumbled Fried Bacon
- Mix together cheeses and spices.
- Add pimentos, bacon, and mayo and stir well.
