Triple-Cheese Bacon BBQ Meatloaf

• 1 lb. lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
• 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
• 1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce, divided

1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. Mix meat, egg, bread crumbs, bacon bits, 1-1/4 cups cheese and 6 Tbsp.
3. barbecue sauce just until blended.
4. Shape into oval loaf in 13x9-inch pan.
5. Bake 45 min.
6. or until meatloaf is done (160 degrees F).
7. Spread top of meatloaf with remaining barbecue sauce; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
8. Bake 5 min.
9. or until cheese is melted.
