Tuna Salad Spread Recipe

• 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can water packed tuna
• 1/4 c. diced celery
• 1/4 c. minced onions
• 1/4 c. plain low fat yogurt
• 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
• 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr

1. Drain tuna.
2. Mix everything together.
3. Blend well.
