Asian Sausage & Mushrooms

  1. Brown sausage in pan until cooked.
  2. In another pan heat olive oil over medium heat and add mushrooms, onions, garlic, soy and teriyaki sauce.
  3. Sautee for 15 minutes.
  4. Drain and pat dry sausage.
  5. Add sausage to mushrooms.
  6. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
