Asian Sausage & Mushrooms
- 8 oz mixed Baby Bella, Shitake, and Oyster mushrooms (washed and stemmed)
- 2 cup Korean onions (washed and sliced)
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp teriyaki
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 1/2 lbs salt
- Brown sausage in pan until cooked.
- In another pan heat olive oil over medium heat and add mushrooms, onions, garlic, soy and teriyaki sauce.
- Sautee for 15 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry sausage.
- Add sausage to mushrooms.
- Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
