Herbed Broiled Fish

  1. Pat fish dry.
  2. If necessary, cut into smaller pieces.
  3. Spray broiler pan with non-stick spray.
  4. Place fish pieces skin-side down on broiler pan.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients, adjusting amounts to suit your tastes.
  6. Brush the mayonaise mixture onto each piece of fish.
  7. Broil 4" from element for 4-8 minutes (longer for thicker pieces of fish.
