Ready Bake Bran Muffins

  1. In a large bowl, combine cereal and water.
  2. Stir until cereal is evenly moistened.
  3. Set aside to cool.
  4. When cool, preheat oven to 425 F.
  5. To cereal, add eggs, buttermilk, and oil.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine baking soda, salt, sugar, and flour.
  7. Combine dry ingredients with wet.
  8. Bake in muffin tins at 425 F for 20 minutes.
