Cucumber Salad

  1. Peel and chop onion until minced with manual chopper.
  2. Mix dressing, sugar and onions in a small bowl.
  3. Completely peel, lightly peel or don't peel cucumber and then slice into very thin slices (1 mm) with a slicer.
  4. Add cucumbers to mixture and mix thoroughly making sure each cucumber gets separated and covered by the dressing.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 30-40 minutes before serving.
  6. When storing over night the cucumbers will release water so you may want to drain it some once it does.
  7. After being made for 2 days I still found the cucumbers to be crispy and tasty.
  8. Enjoy!
