The Duchess

• 1/2 ounce limoncello
• 1 1/2 ounces vanilla vodka
• 2 ounces unsweetened coconut milk
• 1 large egg white
• 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
• 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
• Ice

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except the ice and shake for 10 seconds.
2. Add ice and shake again.
3. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe.
