Warm Orzo Salad with Mint and Feta

  1. In large pot of boiling, salted water, cook orzo per package directions.
  2. When orzo is al dente, remove from heat and add frozen peas to cooking water.
  3. Let sit for 1 minute.
  4. Drain and transfer to a serving bowl.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  6. Serve warm.
