  1. Brown meat with the onion and garlic in a large skillet
  2. Add tomatoe, tomatoe sauce, water, parsley, oregano, basil , salt
  3. Stir in your pasta and bring to a boil.
  4. Keep stirring
  5. Reduce Ur heat to low and cover.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes or until your pasta is tender
  7. In small bowl combine your egg, parm, and cottage cheese
  8. Pour over skillet and cover and cook about 5 more minutes
  9. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese when serving
