Citrus Dressed Asparagus

  1. Trim asparagus.
  2. Rinse the spears and cut them into 2-3 inch pieces.
  3. Steam the asparagus in about an inch of water for about 7-10 minutes, or until just tender.
  4. Meanwhile, whisk together the olive oil, lemon and orange juices, cayenne and salt and pepper.
  5. As soon as the asparagus is ready, remove it to a serving bowl and pour the dressing over.
  6. Serve warm.
