Chocolate-Almond Iced Coffee

  1. Fill coffee filter or basket of coffeemaker with half of ground coffee beans.
  2. Add 3 cups water to coffeemaker and brew coffee.
  3. Pour coffee into heatproof pitcher.
  4. Repeat with remaining ground coffee and water.
  5. Add 1/2 cup sugar and stir to dissolve.
  6. Mix in 1 cup half and half.
  7. Cover and refrigerate until cold, at least 2 hours and up to 6 hours.
  8. Fill glasses with ice.
  9. Pour coffee mixture over and serve.
