Italian Fish Soup
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 lb. halibut fillets, cut into bite-size chunks
- 1/2 lb. cod fillets, cut into bite-size chunks King Sooper's 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Heat dressing in medium saucepan on medium heat.
- Add onions; cook and stir 4 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min.
- Stir in next 4 ingredients.
- Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
- Add fish; simmer 5 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Serve topped with cheese.
