Bing Cherry Jello Mold With Coca Cola Recipe

• 1 x (12 fluid oz) can cola-flavored carbonated beverage
• 1 x (16.5 oz) can pitted Bing cherries
• 1 x (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
• 1 x (6 oz) package black cherry flavored gelatin mix
• 1 c. minced pecans

1. Drain pineapple.
2. Drain the cherries and save their juice.
3. In a saucepan combine the reserved cherry juice with the coke.
4. Heat till boiling then stir in the gelatin.
5. Mix till gelatin is dissolved.
6. Remove from the heat and stir in the liquid removed pineapple, liquid removed cherries and minced pecans.
7. Pour mix into a mold sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray and chill for at least 24 hrs before serving.
8. Makes 8 - 10 servings
