Cheddar Biscuit Barbecue
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 14 cup dried onion flakes
- 1 34 cups chili beans, canned
- 2 (10 ounce) cans tomato soup
- 1 12 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 (8 count) package hamburger buns
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- In a large fry pan or electric skillet, brown hamburger with the onion.
- Drain off fat.
- Stir in the beans, soup and seasonings; bring to a boil.
- Spoon hot meat mixture into an ungreased 8 or 9 inch square baking pan.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes and meat mixture is bubbly.
- (You may want to put a cookie sheet under the square pan in the event of a boilover).
- Put on burger buns and enjoy!
