Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

  1. Process the above in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Toss with 1 pound cooked pasta of your choice and serve.
  3. If you refrigerate it first, be sure to get it to room temperature before tossing.

sweet red bell peppers, handful basil, handful italian parsley, garlic, stock if necessary
