Lite Kfc Cole Slaw Top Secret Recipe
- 8 cups finely chopped cabbage (about 1 head)
- 14 cup shredded carrot (1 medium carrot)
- 13 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 14 cup low-fat milk
- 12 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 14 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1 12 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 12 tablespoons lemon juice
- 18 teaspoon celery seed (optional)
- Be sure cabbage and carrots are chopped up into very fine pieces (food processor works great).
- Combine the sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar and lemon juices in a large bowl and beat until smooth.
- Add the cabbage, carrots and a little onion and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs before serving.
