Chutney Ham & Cheese Grill
- 8 slices Vienna or Italian bread
- 1/2 cup chutney
- 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli Swiss Cheese
- 8 (1-ounce) slices deli ham
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter, melted
- Spread 1 side of each bread slice with 1 tablespoon chutney.
- To assemble each sandwich, layer 1 slice bread, chutney-side up, with 1 slice cheese, 2 slices ham and 1 slice cheese.
- Top with 1 slice bread, chutney-side down.
- Lightly brush butter on top and bottom of each sandwich.
- Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Place 2 sandwiches into skillet; cook, turning once, 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
