Chutney Ham & Cheese Grill

  1. Spread 1 side of each bread slice with 1 tablespoon chutney.
  2. To assemble each sandwich, layer 1 slice bread, chutney-side up, with 1 slice cheese, 2 slices ham and 1 slice cheese.
  3. Top with 1 slice bread, chutney-side down.
  4. Lightly brush butter on top and bottom of each sandwich.
  5. Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  6. Place 2 sandwiches into skillet; cook, turning once, 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
