Triticale Bread

• 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast, active dry active dry
• 2 1/2 cups bread flour
• 13 cup soy flour
• 1 cup triticale flour
• 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
• 1 1/2 teaspoons barley malt syrup
• 1 1/4 cups water

1. Put ingredients into bread machine and press "Start".
