Pistachio Pudding Cake
- 2 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 box pistachio pudding
- 3 drops green food coloring
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 1 box pistachio pudding
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup drained crushed pineapples
- preheat oven to 350
- spray a 9x13 baking dish or 2 round 8"..set aside
- add flour, baking powder and dry pistachio pudding to a bowl mix and set aside.
- Now add eggs,sugar, butter, food coloring & vanilla to bowl wisk well.
- Now add in flour mix and milk incorporate well.
- add to baking dish & bake for 30-40 minutes
- whipping: add all ingredients together in standup mixer or hand mixer.
- whip till thickened.
- Now fold in your drained pineapples till combined.
- top your cake as desired garnish with chopped pistachios or nuts
