Bamboo Shoot Miso Soup
- 100 grams Boiled bamboo shoot
- 1 Wakame seaweed
- 1 Green onions
- 3 tbsp Miso
- 1 tsp Granulated dashi stock
- Cut the bamboo shoot into bite-sized pieces.
- Add water to a pot and cook the bamboo shoots.
- Since the bamboo shoots are already cooked, it just needs to be warmed up.
- When hot, add the dashi base and turn off the heat then dissolve the miso into the soup.
- Add the wakame and sliced green onions.
- I made it with Kosan bamboo shoots
