Chinese Tacos Recipe

  1. Combine pork, celery, onion, mushrooms, white pepper, soy sauce, and curry pwdr; mix well.
  2. Place 1 tsp.
  3. filling just off center of each won ton wrapper.
  4. Fold wrapper over filling, forming a rectangle.
  5. Pleat open edges and press to seal.
  6. Fry in deep wok heated to 375 degrees till golden.
  7. Makes 50.
  8. Serve with dip made of: 1 part Chinese sesame oil, 2 parts soy sauce, and warm pepper flakes may be added if you like.
