Oven-Baked Rum-Raisin-Apple Graham-Cracker Pie

  1. Unwrap piecrust.
  2. Drain apples and combine with remaining ingredients.
  3. Spoon into shell.
  4. Invert an aluminum pie pan over the filling to protect from drying out while baking, or cut a circle of aluminum foil and place over the filling.
  5. Bake in a preheated 425 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
  6. Cool before cutting or serve chilled.
