Bisquick Sausage
- 1 pound sausage breakfast dial
- 3 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
- 1 pound cheddar cheese grated
- Combine sausage, bisquick and grated cheese and mix very well.
- Form into 1 to 2 inch size balls.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 300F (150C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
- May be made ahead and frozen.
