Creamy Orange Cheesecake

  1. Combine biscuit crumbs and butter.
  2. Press into the base of a 22cm spring form pan; chill.
  3. Stir the gelatine into the water.
  4. Heat in a saucepan (or in microwave on HIGH for 20 seconds) until dissolved.
  5. Beat the Philly* until soft, stir in all remaining ingredients, including gelatine mixture.
  6. Pour into crumb crust and chill until firm.
  7. Decorate with orange segments.
