Autumn Pork Chops Recipe
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 x pork chops, 3/4" thick
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery or possibly
- 98 x % Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
- 1/2 c. apple juice or possibly water
- 2 Tbsp. spicy-brown mustard
- 1 Tbsp. honey Generous dash freshly-grnd black pepper
- 4 c. warm cooked medium egg noodles
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add in pork chops and cook till browned.
- Add in soup, apple juice, mustard, honey and pepper.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cover and cook over low heat 5 min or possibly till done.
- Serve with noodles.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
