Janet Fletcher Basic Boiled Fregola

  1. Bring water to boil.
  2. Add salt and saffron.
  3. Add fregola.
  4. Lower heat and gently simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Drain and add butter/olive oil and herbs.
