Horseradish Jelly

  1. Mix apple juice, horseradish and sure-gel.
  2. Bring to a rolling boil, add sugar and bring back to rolling boil.
  3. Boil for 1 minute and then skim top of jelly.
  4. Pour into jelly jars and seal.
