Horseradish Jelly
- 4 cups (950 ml) apple juice
- 4 cups (950 ml) sugar
- 1 box of sure-gel
- level 1 tbsp (15 ml) of horseradish
- Mix apple juice, horseradish and sure-gel.
- Bring to a rolling boil, add sugar and bring back to rolling boil.
- Boil for 1 minute and then skim top of jelly.
- Pour into jelly jars and seal.
