Stuffed Pork Chops

  1. Combine the sausage, cheese, red pepper, thyme and pepper to taste.
  2. Slice the pork chops to create a pocket.
  3. Stuff with the sausage mixture.
  4. Tie the pork chops 3 times with kitchen twine, evenly spaced.
  5. BBQ for 15-20 minutes at 325 degrees F until the pork chops are cooked through.
  6. Enjoy!
