Buffalo Chicken Sloppy Joes - Healthier

  1. Heat oil in a saute pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and carrots.
  3. Cook until onions become translucent and carrots are softening, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Add the ground chicken, and cook until done, sprinkle in the salt & pepper & dry seasonings, breaking up the meat as it cooks.
  5. Stir in the tomato sauce and hot sauce; simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Add a lettuce leaf to your roll, then spoon on the chicken mixture.
  7. Top with blue cheese dressing or crumbles for serving.
  8. Serve with oven fries or onion rings.
  9. YUM!
